Mark Mayo of transformAI was excited to attend the welcoming reception for Global Sourcing Research Network (Global SRN’s) Financial Services Industry event in New York City on October 16, 2018.
The Global SRN is a non-profit, member-driven global network of financial services company executives and top scholars promoting the exchange of expert insights in sourcing business services, effectively managing vendors and risk, and driving best practices and value across organizations. The organization includes major players in the financial services industry, including Citi, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, all of whom participated in the NYC roundtable.
Mark attended with the aim of bringing transformAI’s Robotics Process Automation (RPA) expertise to the roundtable, as RPA is an extremely effective tool for the service delivery model transformations facing these financial services industry companies. transformAI looks forward to supporting the effective use of RPA by the Global SRN and its members in the future.
