The Digital Mailroom Manager’s job is to engage in, and oversee reliable, timely delivery of high quality, accurate data extracted from client imaged accounts payable documents. This requires an understanding of the Accounts Payable process, familiarity with documents associated with this process such as invoices, letters of credit, receipts, purchase orders, and other related documents, and a general familiarity with computer systems used to support these documents and functions. This position requires high attention to detail, reliable and timely execution of duties, and a focus on client satisfaction. As a manager, the position entails not only executing these client focused duties, but guiding, supporting and managing the other members of the department.
