Allen Edmond

Allen is an accomplished, results-driven executive equipped with a unique blend of ownership and international entrepreneurial experience. He served as president of SAFER Systems, a global software company that provides integrated solutions for chemical process facilities to mitigate, monitor, and model chemical incidents on a cloud-based platform. He was also a director on the board of Platform Management where he evaluated and advised on all operational and financial functions of their platform companies.

Mark Trepanier

Mark is a seasoned executive with nearly 40 years of experience in developing and implementing transformative service delivery models. Prior to joining transformAI, he served as EVP Client Services at Axiom with global responsibility for its Technology-Enabled Contracting unit. He was also a partner in KPMG’s Advisory practice, an executive director at Accenture with its Outsourcing unit, and a Managing Director at Exult, an early BPO innovator.

Chief Technology Officer

Chuck Hanebuth

Chuck has more than 25 years of experience in automating business processes. Prior to joining transformAI, Chuck held management positions in the advanced technology group of Ernst and Young, founder and CTO responsibilities for Enform Consulting, president roles at Sungard Consulting Services, CEO and chairman responsibilities for HAL Inc, and president and CTO roles for Energy Water Solutions.

Louis Greak

Louis has over 41 years of in the information technology industry. He has held positions from application developer to vice president of strategic projects, and has personally managed projects ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million. Louis also has extensive experience in project management, specializing in large-scale IT development and package implementations.

Mark Mayo

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in consulting, technology system implementations, and service delivery. Prior to joining transformAI, he held vice president and group president roles at Xerox/Conduent, multiple senior leadership roles at ISG (formerly TPI), including president of the Americas, and multiple roles at EDS, including president, state and local government SBU.

Sid Pai

Sid has served as an advisor on more than $20 billion in transactions, and has deep experience in technology services and M&A strategy. Until 2015, he was partner and president of TPI/ISG's Asia Pacific region, a member of the executive board, and also chief strategy officer. Prior to TPI/ISG, he held senior executive roles with IBM and KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Ralph is a well-known technology advisor and speaker with a record of driving business outcomes in large and mid-sized enterprises. He previously served as CTO for Rodan + Fields, the CIO in the Enterprise Group for Hewlett-Packard, and SVP, CIO for The Clorox Company.

Ralph Welborn

Ralph is CEO of CapImpact, a predictive analytics and advisory firm focused on new growth models. His new book, "Topple: The End of Firm-based Strategy and the Rise of New Models for Explosive Growth" describes how to look at our changed competitive landscape through the lens of business ecosystems.

Brenda Sanders

An environmental scientist, retired professor and entrepreneur, Brenda is committed to the betterment of higher education, the environment, and corporate social responsibility. She is currently a member of the board of trustees for the California Institute of Integral Studies, has served on the board of directors for the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry.

Tim Tindle

Since 2004, Tim has lead Harris Health System’s enterprise IT strategy and the implementation of a broad range of clinical and business technology solutions that have been the catalyst to transform Harris Health System into a truly integrated $1.4 billion health organization with multiple hospitals and a large ambulatory care system.
